Sun Wukong

Sun Wukong | The titular character of the game. The "Victorious Fighting Buddha" who has a plethora of abilities, spells, and transformations. |
Sun Wukong, the titular Monkey King, is the main character of Black Myth: Wukong. You get to play as Wukong at the start of the game, with all his powers, as he confronts Erlang, the Sacred Divinity and his celestial army.
The Destined One

The Destined One is a Monkey who bears a surprising resemblance to Sun Wukong and is the actual character who you will play at the start of Chapter 1.

The Keeper of the Black Wind Mountain | The Keeper of the Black Wind Mountain is the first supporting character Wukong encounters at the start of the game and teaches him the Immobilize spell to deal with the Bullguard. ▶️How to Beat Bullguard |
Shen Monkey | A Monkey that Wukong saves from a Snake Patroller Yaoguai. The Shen Monkey is one of the Zodiacs and will allow Wukong to upgrade the healing potency of his Gourds. |

Man-in-Stone | The Man-in-Stone is a curious individual encountered in Fight Valley in Chapter 2. He tasks Wukong to defeat the Mother of Stones, and becomes a boss. Defeating him turns him into a merchant. ▶️Man-in-Stone Quest Guide |
Xu Dog | The Xu Dog is an eccentric healer and is one of the Zodiacs. Helping him allows Wukong to craft Celestial Medicines using Mind Cores that increase Wukong's Health, Mana, and Stamina. |
Yellow-Robed Squire | A warthog that Wukong encounters in Fright Valley. Helping the Yellow-Robed Squire allows Wukong to enter the secret Kingdom of Sahali.▶️Boar Quest Guide |

Turtle General | The gigantic Turtle General is also the titular Turtle Island in Bitter Lake and is where Wukong fights the celestial courtier Kang-Jing-Star. |
Chen Loong | Chen Loong is an old Loong and a Zodiac that Wukong encounters in the North Shore of the Bitter Lake in Chapter 3. Defeating him allows you to start a quest that unlocks the Ruyi Scroll where other Zodiacs such as Shen Monkey and Xu Dog reside. |
The Fox | The Fox is a tragic character whose corpse Wukong encounters in the Forest of Felicity in Chapter 3. The spirit grants Wukong the ability to transform into a fox which starts a quest to find the scholar who killed her. |
The Keeper of the New West | The Keeper of the New West is a feathered divine deity of wind who teaches Wukong how to transform into a bat in Chapter 3. |
