  @jessfraz when i worked at TWC we hit an odd issue with setup boxes in one of our hubs sites after we did some network changes. the boxes were not able to talk to the QPSK's (edge devices) anymore. Because it was taking too many hops from the controller to the QPSK. We were over by one hop

  @GetSpectrum Yesterday I had access to @MotorTrendTV and @Barrett_Jackson auctions. Today, it's gone. I'm never going to expand my cable service package. I am going to continue cutting any remenece of CATV in our household no matter what. F.U. and the copper wire u rode in on!

  @Ask_Spectrum It's an outage. Already called that horrible customer service robot to repeat myself over and over until we finally get to: "we see there is an outage in your area." Should have lead with that!
