@NevilleRay @TMobile I have Tmobile 4G. My wife has Verizon 4G. Verizon has service anywhere. Tmobile can even get service in buildings, camping or on a back road. Let's see how Tmobile stacks up in a few years with 5G.

@TMobileHelp CUST service at T-Mobile requested my charges be reversed but they said it’s already been sold to collections and collections said I have to talk to T-Mobile. I paid 100% of my bills on time every month. This is frustrating.

@TMobile 4/9/2021 update Tmobile on fb is telling me that returning the phones at the store is not an option even though a manager has noted it in my account. They won’t arrange for UPS pickup & no insurance is offered if I ship the phones back. Then what are they doing to help me?

@phpps19147 @TMobileHelp @Mike_Katz I never had this problem with them. They always resolved my issue online through dm. Learn how to use your phone old lady and stop blaming other people for your stupidness.

@LanaEng8 @TMobile This merger might have been great for @Tmobile but Sprint customers got screwed royally with towers shut down and phones not working on Tmobile towers and loss of service in areas not to mention the nightmare it is to get anything done in a store now etc.

@TMobileHelp After spending countless nights on the phone and in store with customer service, thinking the situation is resolved and finding out it’s not, I’d rather take my business elsewhere than explain again. My time is also valuable.
